2027 Membership Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a Nebraska Dunes Golf Course membership, the member agrees to the following terms and conditions.
Membership Term & Payment
Memberships are valid from the date of purchase through December 31, 2027, unless otherwise specified. Members who purchase a qualifying 2027 membership during the 2026 promotional period may begin using their membership immediately for the remainder of the 2026 golf season at no additional charge.
Membership fees must be paid in full before membership privileges begin unless Nebraska Dunes has approved other payment arrangements. Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
The 2027 Early Bird discount of $100 applies to eligible listed membership plans paid in full by December 31, 2026. The Early Bird discount cannot be combined with any other discount, promotional offer, or special pricing unless expressly authorized by Nebraska Dunes.
Membership Privileges
Membership privileges apply only to the individual(s) named on the membership and may not be shared or transferred.
Membership provides access according to the specific plan purchased. Benefits not expressly included in the selected membership—including carts, range access, guest fees, tournaments, special events, or other services—are subject to applicable rates.
5-Day Memberships are valid Monday through Friday, excluding any dates or events designated by Nebraska Dunes. 7-Day Memberships are valid seven days per week, subject to course availability, closures, tournaments, outings, and other scheduled events.
Membership does not guarantee tee time availability. All tee times are subject to the course’s normal booking policies and availability.
Couple & Family Memberships
Couple and Family memberships are intended for members of the same household. Nebraska Dunes reserves the right to request reasonable verification of eligibility.
Family memberships cover qualifying immediate family members/dependents residing within the same household. Membership privileges may not be extended to friends, relatives outside the qualifying household, or other individuals.
Golf Cart Privileges
For memberships that include a cart, cart privileges are limited to the named member(s) covered by the applicable membership. Cart privileges do not automatically cover a guest’s applicable cart fee.
All cart use is subject to course rules, weather conditions, cart restrictions, and availability. Members are responsible for operating carts safely and may be held responsible for damage caused by negligent or improper use.
Driving Range
Unlimited range access is included only with membership plans specifically stating that range access is included. Range privileges are for the named member only and may not be shared with guests or non-members.
Range availability may be limited or suspended due to maintenance, weather, events, scheduled closures, or other operational needs.
Tee Times, Cancellations & No-Shows
Members are subject to Nebraska Dunes’ standard tee-time reservation, cancellation, and no-show policies.
Members are expected to cancel unwanted tee times promptly so they can be made available to other golfers. Repeated no-shows, misuse of the reservation system, booking tee times for unauthorized individuals, or other abuse of membership privileges may result in restrictions or suspension of booking privileges.
Guests
Members are welcome to bring guests, subject to course availability and applicable guest rates. Unless specifically included as a membership benefit, guests are responsible for applicable green fees, cart fees, range fees, and other charges.
Any member guest passes or discounted guest rates are subject to the rules, limitations, expiration dates, and availability established by Nebraska Dunes.
Course Availability
Membership does not guarantee unrestricted access to the golf course, practice facilities, or other amenities.
Nebraska Dunes may close or restrict all or portions of the property because of weather, course conditions, maintenance, tournaments, private outings, special events, construction, safety concerns, seasonal operations, or other circumstances.
Temporary closures or restrictions do not extend the membership term or entitle the member to a full or partial refund.
Member Conduct
Members and their guests are expected to follow all Nebraska Dunes rules, policies, posted signage, staff instructions, pace-of-play expectations, and generally accepted standards of golf etiquette.
Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests.
Nebraska Dunes reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership privileges for conduct including, but not limited to, abuse of staff or other guests, intentional or negligent property damage, unsafe behavior, repeated violations of course policies, unauthorized use or sharing of membership benefits, or misuse of the tee-time system.
Suspension or revocation resulting from a violation of course policies does not entitle the member to a refund.
Changes & General Terms
Membership benefits, operating hours, course policies, booking procedures, and facility availability may be reasonably modified during the membership term when necessary for course operations.
Nebraska Dunes reserves the right to interpret and enforce membership policies and address circumstances not specifically covered by these terms.
Purchase and/or use of a Nebraska Dunes membership constitutes acceptance of these Membership Terms & Conditions and all applicable Nebraska Dunes Golf Course policies.
